Tracco Global’s farm and equipment management services are provided strictly on a contractual basis. The scope of management, responsibilities, timelines, performance expectations, and compensation structure are defined in a formal management agreement executed by both parties prior to service commencement.

Tracco Global does not guarantee specific yield levels, profit margins, or financial returns, as agricultural outcomes may be affected by factors beyond operational control, including but not limited to weather conditions, market fluctuations, pest infestations, disease outbreaks, and force majeure events.

Farm ownership, land title, and primary investment risks remain solely with the farm owner or investor. Tracco Global acts as an independent management service provider and does not assume ownership of managed farms or equipment unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
